Your privacy, explained simply.
You can use every guide without enabling optional measurement.
Your checklist answers
Your guide answers stay in this browser tab. We do not send them to our usage database. We do not ask for a Medicare number, date of birth, medical history, or contact details to read a guide.
Optional usage measurement
If you choose “Allow measurement,” we save a random tab-session identifier, general referral category, page identifier, action name, and time. This helps count visits, guide progress, lesson use, and clicks on the agent phone link. These are pseudonymous usage records, not a list of identified people. Our measurement database does not save IP addresses, full referring URLs, search queries, checklist answers, or contact details. Basic web infrastructure may process request information to deliver and protect the website.
Reports cover the most recent 90 days. Older events are deleted when measurement is collected or the owner refreshes the report; they may remain stored until the next cleanup. The site uses local browser storage for your measurement preference and tab-session identifier. “Usage privacy choices” lets you withdraw permission for future collection. We honor the browser's Global Privacy Control signal by disabling optional measurement.
Phone calls
A call-button click does not tell us whether a call connected. Calls currently use your device's phone service and go to Integrity Insurance Service at 818-625-7135. The agency's handling of an insurance conversation is separate from website analytics.
Access and questions
Usage reports are restricted to the site owner. We do not sell or share these usage records for advertising. Contact Integrity Insurance Service at 818-625-7135 with questions about this guide or its information practices.
